Returns & Refunds

While we do our best to pack our items carefully for the post, on rare occasions they become damaged in transit. If your goods arrive damaged, you can contact us for either a replacement item, or a full refund.

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to anna@scentsofgalway.ie indicating your choice of replacement or refund.
